  Grilled Chicken Gyros with Greek Air Fried Potatoes Ingredients   4+ 2-4  Chicken Breast Iceberg Lettuce Tzatziki Sauce (I'm using my homemade recipe) 1  Medium Red Onion 1  Medium Tomato 1  Green Bell Pepper Feta Cheese Mozerella Cheese Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Olive Oil Cooking Spray 2-4  Russet Potatoes Dried Oregano Greek Marinade 1  Medium Lemon Steps Place your chicken breasts into a zip lock bag or bowl and pour 3/4 of your Marinade onto them. Let them Marinade in for 2 - 48 hours. The longer, the tastier. While they Marinade, go ahead and make your Tzatziki (recipe on my profile). If you don't plan on making Tzatziki from scratch, then you can ignore this step. After marinading, Preheat your BBQ to medium heat (about 375°F). Crispy air fryer sesame chicken


Ingredients

 4 people
  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. Salt and black pepper
  4. 2 tsp All purpose seasoning
  5. 1 Tsp Onion powder
  6. 2 tsp garlic powder
  7. Oil of choice for brushing chicken or oil mister
  8. For sauce
  9. 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  10. 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  11. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  12. 1/4 cup thai chili sauce
  13. Half tablespoons of minced ginger
  14. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  15. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  16. 1/2 cup water
  17. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  18. Chopped green onions for garnish
  19. Sesame seeds for garnish
  20. 1 tsp Sriracha (optional to add to sauce for heat)

Steps

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt pepper all purpose seasoning onion and garlic powder. Lightly toss in flour and lay out on a sheet pan or cutting board. Preheat air fryer to 390°

  2. Lightly brush both sides of the chicken pieces with olive oil or the recommended oil for your air fryer

  3. When air fryer is ready add chicken. Cook for 10 minutes flipping to the other side halfway through. Be sure to cover all flour spots with oil to ensure your chicken gets crispy and doesn’t have raw flour pieces.

  4. Cooked chicken and batches till all chicken has been cooked.

  5. Combine the first seven ingredients for sauce. Bring to a boil. Mix water and cornstarch to make a slurry. Pour into sauce to in allowed to thicken. Reduce heat once sauce has thickened.

  6. Once chicken is done toss in sauce. Served with your favorite side (I chose broccoli and white rice).

  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds! Enjoy!
