Ingredients

 24 person
  1. For the chicken patty
  2. 1 kg thigh boneles chicken minced
  3. 2 white onions minced
  4. 2 tspn garlic powder and 1 tspn paprika powder
  5. Add salt pepper to taste
  6. For dressing
  7. 400 ml mayonnaise
  8. 4 tspn heinz ketchup
  9. 3 tspn english mustard
  10. For garnish
  11. Cut lettuce ice berg put in a cold bowl of water
  12. 2 cans or sliced pineapple
  13. 24 pcs gouda cheese sliced or edam
  14. Set a side all ingredients
  15. For Burger buns
  16. 1 kg all-purpose flour
  17. 20 grams yeast, 1 egg yolks
  18. 1 tspn salt
  19. 6 table spn white sugar
  20. 900 ml warm water,
  21. 50 grams butter

Steps

  1. In a Big bowl marinate chicken with salt pepper paprika onion garlic powder. Make a circle or palm size patty and cook on low heat.

    In a big mixing bowl put the water yeast and sugar.wait until it bubbles
    Then add the flour. Lastly the softended butter..
    Then make a dough and round the dough in burger size and wait them until they rise and cook for about 10 to 15mins.
