  Grilled Chicken Gyros with Greek Air Fried Potatoes Ingredients   4+ 2-4  Chicken Breast Iceberg Lettuce Tzatziki Sauce (I'm using my homemade recipe) 1  Medium Red Onion 1  Medium Tomato 1  Green Bell Pepper Feta Cheese Mozerella Cheese Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Olive Oil Cooking Spray 2-4  Russet Potatoes Dried Oregano Greek Marinade 1  Medium Lemon Steps Place your chicken breasts into a zip lock bag or bowl and pour 3/4 of your Marinade onto them. Let them Marinade in for 2 - 48 hours. The longer, the tastier. While they Marinade, go ahead and make your Tzatziki (recipe on my profile). If you don't plan on making Tzatziki from scratch, then you can ignore this step. After marinading, Preheat your BBQ to medium heat (about 375°F). Buffalo Chicken Taquitos


Ingredients

  1. 6 slices Mozzerella Cheese
  2. 1.5 cup cooked or shredded chicken
  3. Frank's Red Hot for dipping

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Bake cheese slices on a silicone baking mat or nonstick sheet pan. 5-7 minutes until edges are browned and crisp.

     

    I got the thick round ones the first time I made it so the time in oven was about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes I drained the liquid from the cheese and placed back in oven. I included pics of both times made them (square vs round slices)

  3. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes

  4. Roll up the chicken in those bad boys nice and tight, seam side down.
