Fuego Chicken
Ingredients
- 20 Taki Fuego Chips
- 2 large Chicken Breasts
- Dash Ground Sage
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce (Each Side)
Steps
Place the Chicken on the Taki Crust Mixture, and press down to cover it. Then place on Skillet cooking on 3 minutes each side until the meat registers 155. (Be aware some smoke will happen.)
When removed use the Takis in the pan as garnish before letting the meat rest for 2 minutes before serving however you wish.
