Let them Marinade in for 2 - 48 hours. The longer, the tastier. While they Marinade, go ahead and make your Tzatziki (recipe on my profile). Garlic Chicken with Black Olives


Ingredients

  1. 3 Capsicums
  2. 2 Japanese Cucumbers
  3. 500 g Chicken fillet
  4. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  5. 1 tbsp minced ginger
  6. 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  7. 1 tbsp mirin
  8. White pepper
  9. Perilla oil

Steps

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add in garlic and minced ginger, stir fry till fragrant.

  2. Add in chicken fillets (cut into bite size pieces). Cook till brown. Then add in mirin, Chinese cooking wine and white pepper. Stir to mix. Remove chicken when mixture starts to boil.

  3. Add in vegetables in the same pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or till desired consistency. Then add in olives. Add in chicken at the end, mix well and enjoy!
