Heavenly Chicken
Ingredients
- 16 oz sour cream
- Garlic powder to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- 4 sleeves Ritz crackers (crumbled)
- 8-10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Note - I adapted what is listed for only 4 thighs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 stick melted butter to drizzle over top
Steps
Preheat oven to 425 F
Mix sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in one bowl for dredging.
Cover in Ritz crackers. I used a baggie and shook. Lay chicken on baking sheet and drizzle butter over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until thighs are done. You can use chicken breasts.
Note- For those who did not see above note, this recipe originally makes 8-10 thighs. I cut it down for 4. Therefore, I only used about a cup of sour cream and two sleeves of Ritz crackers. I hope you enjoy!
