  Grilled Chicken Gyros with Greek Air Fried Potatoes Ingredients   4+ 2-4  Chicken Breast Iceberg Lettuce Tzatziki Sauce (I'm using my homemade recipe) 1  Medium Red Onion 1  Medium Tomato 1  Green Bell Pepper Feta Cheese Mozerella Cheese Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Olive Oil Cooking Spray 2-4  Russet Potatoes Dried Oregano Greek Marinade 1  Medium Lemon Steps Place your chicken breasts into a zip lock bag or bowl and pour 3/4 of your Marinade onto them. Let them Marinade in for 2 - 48 hours. The longer, the tastier. While they Marinade, go ahead and make your Tzatziki (recipe on my profile). If you don't plan on making Tzatziki from scratch, then you can ignore this step. After marinading, Preheat your BBQ to medium heat (about 375°F). Smoked Chicken Chili


Ingredients

 8+
  1. 2 Chicken Breasts (cut in half thickness-wise)
  2. Olive Oil (for vegetables)
  3. 1 Pablano Pepper
  4. 1 Red Pepper
  5. 1 Large Tomato
  6. 1 Lg Can Crushed Tomatoes
  7. 1 Can Red Beans
  8. Taco Seasoning for Chicken
  9. Packets X2 Chili Seasoning
  10. Tabasco Sauce
  11. Sweet Flavoured Hot Sauce (I'm using Honey Garlic Hot Sauce)
  12. Any shredded Cheese
  13. Sour Cream or 0-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  14. 1 Lg Red Onion

Steps

  1. Preheat Smoker to 220°F. Coat all vegetables with olive oil and season chicken breasts with taco seasoning.

  2. Place the chicken and vegetables on the grill. Smoke for 2 hours or until chicken hits an internal temperature of 165°F. If vegetables get too brown or shriveled, pull them off before the chicken is done and simply set aside.

  3. Remove all and let them rest for 10 minutes. Then cut everything down to desired size for the chili

  4. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add everything, except the chicken, Tabasco, hot sauce, sour cream and Shredded cheese. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer until you hit your desired consistency.

  5. Once close to desired consistency, add your chicken back in and mix well. Heat for another 5 minutes, then remove to cool.

  6. Top with a dollop of sour cream (or Greek yogurt), shredded cheese, chopped cilantro and sprinkle Tabasco all around.
