  Grilled Chicken Gyros with Greek Air Fried Potatoes Ingredients   4+ 2-4  Chicken Breast Iceberg Lettuce Tzatziki Sauce (I'm using my homemade recipe) 1  Medium Red Onion 1  Medium Tomato 1  Green Bell Pepper Feta Cheese Mozerella Cheese Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Olive Oil Cooking Spray 2-4  Russet Potatoes Dried Oregano Greek Marinade 1  Medium Lemon Steps Place your chicken breasts into a zip lock bag or bowl and pour 3/4 of your Marinade onto them. Let them Marinade in for 2 - 48 hours. The longer, the tastier. While they Marinade, go ahead and make your Tzatziki (recipe on my profile). If you don't plan on making Tzatziki from scratch, then you can ignore this step. After marinading, Preheat your BBQ to medium heat (about 375°F). Ingredients

 4 - 5 servings
  1. 1 whole chicken - cleaned / dry chicken, pat dry
  2. 1/2 stick butter
  3. 1/3 cup finely chopped rosemary
  4. 1/4 cup chopped thyme
  5. 3 lemons sliced
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil, add one lemon (juice) to EVOO
  7. Salt and Pepper
  8. Chopped mushrooms
  9. Slice 1-2 sweet onions
  10. Cherry tomatoes

Steps

  1. Start w turning on your oven, 400 degrees. Prep a sheet pan w wax paper or baking sheet. This will help w cleanup.

  2. Take soft butter add 3 pitches of rosemary, fresh thyme and a few pinch’s of sea salt and pepper. Mix set aside..slice lemons

  3. Clean out the bird, pat dry.. rub butter mixture all over and under the chicken skin and on top. Cut sluts in skin and stuff butter, herbs lemon. This will help add flavor from the inside and make the skin crispy..Sprinkle chicken w sea salt, pepper, remaining rosemary, thyme.. stuff inside w butter and add 2 sliced lemons on top and on the outside.

  4. Brush bird w EVOO/lemon mix.. add more seasoning or salt and pepper. Add vegetables to pan in front of bird. Salt and pepper veggies, drizzle w oil. Cook for 50 minutes. After 20 take off veggies.. check bird drizzle w more oil or add more butter as needed. Keep bird moist.. Enjoy!!
